Heavy-Duty Granulator

The granulators of EGH series are used to crush centralizedly thick remnants of pipes, moldings, and planking, package material, containers, sheet materials, wires, cables and so on to granules. They play an important role in recycling plastic wastes, defective goods and rejects and therefore can increase the utilization ratio of plastic material.

2) Heavy-duty bearing and dust protection device, the sound-proof board can prevent  vibration and noise effectively
3) The overloading protector on the motor and interlock protection device on the power source, double protection for the safety of human being and motor
4) Special cutter design adopting shear principle, made of high-chromium steel, work together with powerful high-speed motor, shred various plastic wastes easily
5) The gap between knives is adjustable. The knives can be dismounted when blunt, to be used repeatedly, long time using life
6) Separable designs, the bunker, main body, mesh frame are dismounted easily, convenient for bunker cleaning.

7) With shock-proof pads, reduce the noise of vibration.

Remarks:

The screen hole diameter can be made according to your requirements. If smaller hole size, the output may decrease.

 The feeding opening can be enlarged a little according the actual requirement.
