Modular Central Chiller

The chiller is used to cool a mould so that product molding cycle can be shortened. It can also be used to cool equipment, which needs to work under a normal temperature. Besides, it is applied in other industry areas where cooling is required.

♦ Modularized design allows 1-15 modules to be used together. Cooling capacity can be increased just by adding more modules or module groups, which can be put into work only after connected to existing system.
♦ Easy installation. Water incoming and outgoing tubes are connected to only one module. It is no need to install these tubes onto each module. Then a rubber flexible hose is used between two modules. In this way, a whole water route is formed. Compact structure, convenient construction, easy repair. The distance between two modules can be decided according to actual need.
♦ Since high quality scroll compressor, expansion valve and other components are adopted, the performance of module group is stable and reliable, which won't stop working due to one or two modules' breakdown.
♦ When working, a microcomputer controller can adjust cooling capacity automatically by switching on or off some modules according to system load. Energy saving, two compressors are installed in each module. After combination, there is a big adjustment range for system capacity.
♦ Wire control system enables a controller to separate from the main module.
♦ Optional RS485 realizes remote monitoring and network function.
