WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working part of this machine is cutter disc. High speed particles are grinded after impacting gears and drawn out by absorption of air, while large particles remain being impacted and are drawn out after being grinded. In this way, load of the cutter disc is reduced and grinding efficiency is improved. In addition, powder material can be cooled evenly.
Low temperature is the main advantage of this machine. In heat power: the power will be converted into 860kcal heat after an hour operation. This machine uses an external extraction fan. The wind amount reaches 50m/KW and the wind temperature difference at inlet and outlet brings away most heat while little heat is treated by water cooling. The temperature at inlet of cool water requires lower than 25 degree centigrade and outgoing water temperature doesn't exceed 45 degree centigrade. In summer, cooling water flow is suggested to added appropriately in order to reduce temperature.
APPLICATION
Absorbing advanced technology both domestic and abroad, our factory develops this series of grinders. Our grinders are ideal equipments for PVC from low to medium hardness, high density PE and other resin materials. It is proved that the chemical and physical properties of the products made from grinded material can be the same as the products made from virgin material if 20-30% calcium carbonate is added and the output can reach 300kg. Therefore, it is a perfect machine for a plastic product factory to reduce cost and save expenses, and solve the problem of waste products' accumulation.
Characteristics
1) Compared with similar grinders, its output is greatly improved (increased by 20%-50%) under the same power. It is energy-saving.
2) The dust collector is added to effectively reduce dust pollution.
3) The discharging of the main fan reduces labour intensity of operating workers.
4) The door cover of the host can be opened for convenience of maintenance and replacement of cutters.
5) Wind and water cooling system are adopted to decrease the working temperature inside the machine body, so the grinded material uneasy for denaturalization and also conducive to grind heat sensitivity plastics. For example, the part of PE and ABS can be grinded by this machine.
6) The powder mesh is adjustable (20-150 mesh).
